Solution
Built an automated pipeline that extracts and analyzes public tender listings, then uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation to draft tailored proposals and pre-fill submission documents against each company's own project history, cutting preparation time by 60%.
Architecture
n8n workflows poll and parse public tender sources on a schedule, Supabase stores structured tender and company data, and a Python RAG layer retrieves relevant past submissions to ground the AI-generated proposal drafts before they're pushed back out as ready-to-file documents.
